This year our Christmas concert will be on Tuesday 8 December at 9:45
We will be going to see Cinderella on Friday 11 December.
School finishes on Tuesday 22 December at 12 o'clock.

In Primary One we have two teachers and two classroom assistants:
Mrs Kelly in room 3 with Mrs Hughes;
Mrs Hill in room 4 with Mrs Bickerstaff.
We try to encourage the children to bring a healthy break each day but Tuesday and Thursday are our healthy break days, so if you feel you must send a chocolate biscuit, we would appreciate you avoiding these two days .
P.E. days:
Mrs Kelly - Monday & Thursday, apparatus on Friday;
Mrs Hill - Tuesday & Wednesday, apparatus on Friday.
We have Assembly on Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9 o'clock.
Notes will be sent home each Tuesday in a plastic note bag. This bag must be returned to school the following day.
Homeworks will go home each Tuesday and should be returned by Thursday, signed by the parents/guardians. Reading records should also be signed when you have read the book.
All the P1's have now arrived in school and we would encourage parents to line their children up at the middle entrance at 8:50am when they hear the bell ring. It's great to see so many parents already allowing their children to come into school independently.
SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER TOPIC: This term we are looking at the topic of 'me'. In this topic we will be encouraging the children to learn more about themselves, their feelings and the world they live in.
November/December topic
This term we are looking at toys and movement.We will be encouraging the children to bring in some baby toys and then their favourite toy.We will examine how things move and how we can move.We will also look at toys from long ago
JANUARY /FEBRUARY topic
Weather: Please observe the weather changes with your child and if possible watch the weather forecast on tv.
Look at us playing on our new interactive board!
FEBRUARY/ MARCH topic
This term we are looking at the farm. This will include baby animals,growth and seasonal changes.
