P7 – Mr Arneill & Mrs Menary

Welcome! In Primary Seven we have two teachers:
 

Mr Arneill in Room 12 and Mrs Menary in Room 8.

This term we are working very hard in numeracy and literacy. We have already covered several topics such as the written methods of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. In literacy, we have been studying parts of speech and learning how to write formal letters.

Topic Work

Our topic this term is the Titanic. We have been researching the Titanic online to learn all about the ship and the passengers. Later in the term, we are going to visit “Titanica” which is an exhibition at the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum.

Important Information

PE for Room 8 is on Mondays.

PE for Room 12 is on Fridays.

Tuesday is games day for all P7s.

** Don’t forget to bring a healthy break on Tuesdays and Thursdays **

Homework is given Monday – Thursday.
