Summer Fair

successful year at

Stranmillis. Please help us to reach our target of £25,000 by June 2014.

To make this event a success we need your help in the following ways:

 Rather than asking parents to send in tray bakes and buns we would ask each child to

bring in a £1 donation towards purchasing refreshments.

 We would also ask for donations of : Used Toys (in good condition)

Gifts for our tombolla (worth approximately £5.00)

 We are also running a ‘Donate A Bear’ stall. If any of our children have a well loved bear that

they would like to donate to another child, please bring these to your child’s class teacher.

Children will be able to purchase donated bears, together with an adoption certificate, at the

Summer Fair.

 If you are willing to help man a stall on the day (for just 1 hour) please return the reply slip, on
