International School Award
On Monday 22nd of November 2010 teachers Mrs Kelly, Mr Arneill and Miss Dawson along with Mrs McClintock, Chair of the Board of Governors and twenty-three pupils visited Belfast City Hall. They were there to collect the British Council International School Award for the third time!
The International School Award (ISA) is an accreditation scheme which recognises curriculum-based international work. The international dimension in education is an increasingly important part of agendas such as Every Child Matters and Community Cohesion; it supports the cultural heritage of teachers, learners and communities leading to positive learning across schools.
